We have published a map of Switzerland: https://flyers.coronainfoschweiz.com/en/

Please reserve your area in any case by e-mail or in a personal message to the coordinators: flyers (at) coronainfoschweiz.com

I have not found my town in the database on flyers.coronainfoschweiz.com/en/. How do I proceed?

There are several search options in different search fields.

Report Coverage

I have taken responsibility for my community and distributed the flyers. Where do I report?

Thank you very much for your extraordinary contribution!

Please report the wonderful news immediately to our main administrator, e.g. by e-mail: flyers (at) coronainfoschweiz.com

Contact

I have sent an e-mail to flyers (at) coronainfoiz.com but have not yet received a reply. What can I do?

The processing of e-mails can currently take a few days, see section “Flyer news”.

In urgent cases, please, contact the coordinators or our main administrator directly: https://coronainfoschweiz.com/#kontakt

Coordination Groups

How do I find out where the flyer is being distributed in my area – which is currently being worked on – and where can I find other helpers?

We created cantonal coordination groups with subgroups (districts/constituencies) on Telegram.

Once you have reserved your area and received your flyer material, you can join one of our coordination groups to get in touch with other helpers. You can ask questions there and also report your reserved area or coverage.

This is because large cities in particular require specific coordination and local support with their own local maps showing the areas covered.

We can only cover entire zip codes and towns: https://flyers.coronainfoschweiz.com/en/

Possible double distribution can be avoided by providing precise information to the local coordinators. You can also take over the coordination for a region or even open a small warehouse for helpers.

Write to us if you have any questions: flyers (at) coronainfoschweiz.com

Get Your Flyers

My region is being processed by me, I have no more flyers and don’t want to wait. What are the options?

Professional print templates are available in several languages at: https://who-flyers.com/en/flyer-printable-pdf/

You have the option of reserving your region with us and ordering the required number of WHO flyers from a print shop yourself. To do this, upload the PDF document in A5 format during the ordering process and order the flyer, preferably with the following setting – to save resources:

A5 portrait format, 90g, matt

PDF template in German: https://who-flyers.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/PRINT_WHO_Flyer_A5_DE.pdf
PDF template in English: https://who-flyers.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/PRINT_WHO_Flyer_A5_EN.pdf
PDF template in French: https://who-flyers.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/PRINT_WHO_Flyer_A5_FR.pdf
PDF template in Italian: https://who-flyers.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/PRINT_WHO_Flyer_A5_IT.pdf

Explanations:
A5 = size
Portrait format = orientation
90g = weight of the paper
matt = matt instead of glossy print result

Notes:
Bear in mind that the material for a large municipality can be expensive.

In this case, you may be better off with a large order from a print shop or with an order from Corona Info Switzerland (direct dispatch from the print shop or inexpensive postal dispatch from our flyer warehouses).

Shipping and flyer material are free of charge at Corona Info Switzerland, in return for a freely selectable contribution to support the entire project, which has so far had to be privately financed for the time being.

Delivery to Distributors

I would love to help but have no resources, where can I order flyers from Corona Info Switzerland? / I have ordered flyers and have questions about my delivery.

We have set up a website for orders: https://flyers.coronainfoswitzerland.com/en/flyer-ordering/

You can also send a request by e-mail: flyers (at) coronainfoschweiz.com

Condition:
As soon as you have been able to cover a municipality or a region/street with WHO flyers, please contact a local coordination office with details such as municipality names, street names, etc. and the e-mail address:

flyers (at) coronainfoschweiz.com

This way we can coordinate together and prevent double spending of time and material!

If you have not yet received your confirmed delivery, please, write to us at: https://coronainfoswitzerland.com/#contact

If you have not yet received confirmation of your order, please follow up using the contact options available to you (see question with the title “Contact”).

Print-at-home

I would like to print at home, 2 x A5 on A4, and then cut the flyer to size. Where can I find the appropriate print file?

Professional print templates are available in several languages at: https://who-flyers.com/en/flyer-printable-pdf/

You have the option of reserving your area with us and printing and cutting the WHO flyer yourself at home in the required quantity. To do this, download the PDF document in 2xA5 on A4 format:

New Print Templates

Where can I find the new, optimized print templates in several languages?

The print templates have been retranslated, optimized and made available in a neutral format: https://who-flyers.com/en/flyer-printable-pdf/

An additional, international and new country-specific website on the WHO topic has been launched.

https://who-flyers.com/en/

Sponsoring

I would like to sponsor the material and distribution for my town, municipality, city or canton. What options do I have?

Reserve your area with us in any case: flyers (at) coronainfoschweiz.com

We will check our capacity and the situation and size of your area and decide together with you which distribution service (internal or external) is most suitable and cost-effective for you.

We ask for your patience at this stage. In any case, you will receive an answer to your request (see question with the title “Contact”).

Financial Support

I think the CIS – WHO Flyers International – Mailbox Campaign 2024 is effective and useful, but I don’t have the time to join in. Can I support you financially?

After four years of voluntary and self-financed work, we are dependent on your support for the first time since the start of our mailbox campaign on December 31, 2023: https://coronaswitzerland.com/donation

The more financial resources we have available, the more WHO flyer material we can organize and send to resource-less and highly motivated activists.

Guideline:
1,000 households = CHF 20.00

If we can place regular bulk orders with a print shop, an amount of CHF 11.50 to CHF 25.00 (depending on the print run) can already cover a community of 1,000 households.

This amount does not cover our work and transportation costs: coordination, administration, bookkeeping, news, channel and group support, web content, translations, deliveries in person and by post – currently 24/7 in a small team.

Ignore “No advertising”

Can I also drop the WHO flyer in a mailbox in Switzerland that has a note saying not to put any advertising in it?

YES.

The WHO flyer contains important political information that affects the entire population.

Swiss Post has been contacted twice about this and we have received confirmation that we are allowed to put the WHO flyer in mailboxes marked “No advertising”.

Legally, it is not a criminal offense to throw a single piece of paper into a mailbox, especially not if it is political information comparable to a party leaflet or election documents.

Distribute the WHO flyer in your region:
Reserve your postal code with us and print/order WHO flyers. As soon as you have covered your municipality, let us know so that we can mark it as completed (green) on the map: flyers (at) coronainfoschweiz.com

WHO Campaigns

There are other WHO campaigns. Can I also put another WHO flyer in the mailboxes and report the area as covered?

No.

We endorse and support all campaigns that have the same goal of informing the population before the train leaves our front door.

We opted for this WHO flyer, which was circulated in an initial version of mehr-wissen.info back in August 2023.

There is now an optimized version of the WHO flyer, which we can make available here: https://who-flyers.com/en/flyer-printable-pdf/

Of course, you can still drop the remaining flyers from mehr-wissen.info/whoiswho.fail (old template) in mailboxes and report the coverage of your area to us.

Collaborations

I would prefer to participate in another WHO flyer campaign. Can you coordinate with other associations?

Yes, we “can’t”.

We cannot integrate a WHO flyer from another association into our mailbox distribution campaign.

However, there is always the possibility of cooperation if the conditions are right.

The small research group Corona Info Switzerland has existed for four years and has voluntarily helped to set up, promote and support all kinds of groups and associations throughout Switzerland that deal with the same topic. We will continue to do this in the interests of information exchange, cohesion and joint action.

Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Press Contact / Interviews

I would like to do an interview with you to introduce and support your mailbox campaign. Where do I turn?

Thank you very much for your interest and support for this important international mailbox campaign.

It is best to contact our main administrator Linda Kratky directly, e.g. by e-mail: flyers (at) coronainfoschweiz.com

We ask for your patience at this time. You will receive an answer to your request in any case (see question with the title “Contact”).

Who is CIS?

Who are you anyway, I’ve never heard of you?

We are moderately surprised. Corona Info Switzerland has been deliberately shadowbanned, ignored and censored from outside and sometimes even inside the info bubble since the beginning. Facebook and Google liked us particularly well: penalties (strikes) on a daily basis for years, image search results manipulated and empty, search results for Corona Info Switzerland: FOPH (Federal Office of Public Health), FOPH, FOPH . . .

Corona Info Switzerland is a small research group from the Baden AG area in Switzerland and was founded on February 23, 2020.

The structure of our group is free and the legal form open, it is to a certain extent a dictatorial anarchy: everyone does what they want and – for reasons of time and competence – is advised or guided at best by the Head Admin Linda Kratky.

The business name and registered office of Corona Info Switzerland was determined by the Head Admin, who also takes care of the bookkeeping:

CIS Research
Untere Halde 1
5400 Baden AG
Switzerland

International

Fair enough, but I don’t live in Switzerland. Is the same WHO Flyers International – Mailbox Campaign 2024 also available in my country or could I even start and coordinate it myself with the help of the professional flyer print template?

We are happy to link other countries, please contact us: flyers (at) coronainfoschweiz.com

So far there have been isolated inquiries and feedback from abroad. Please contact us if you are looking for groups to coordinate the distribution of the WHO flyer in mailboxes abroad or if you would like to start one yourself. We will try to mediate or advise you accordingly.

You can find the print templates for the WHO flyer here: https://who-flyers.com/en/flyer-printable-pdf/

Please contact us if you cannot find the flyer in the desired language: flyers (at) coronainfoschweiz.com
Further language versions will be made available gradually.
